I am a worrier.
This is why I gave myself shingles, psoriasis, eczema, and cervical problems.

I mean, not all at once obviously, but over the course of the past six to eight years.

I know exactly each event that preceded each flare up and it's so stupid because obviously stress can be managed and controlled to some extent and yet I do not have a handle on how to do this.

I will sicken myself to the point of death, and then, only then will I have calmed down.
