After spending the afternoon researching gyms/exercise options/trainers (god, I'm exhausted already!) I have decided to go with pilates.
My first class is on Saturday morning.
I just can't handle a gym environment or "free weights" or stairmasters and shit.
I just wanna oxygenate and tone my rotten carcass.
This should be interesting.
