this morning on my way to work, i watched in utter disbelief as a little girl took a pee right in the middle of the sidewalk.
Her parents were with her, not even bothering to lead her to a side street. I understand that when you gotta go, you gotta go but this was insane. Out in broad daylight, in the middle of the sidewalk.
