Already I'm ahead of myself. Thinking of wines and cheeses and other housewarming party necessities.

Today we sign the lease.

And the road to co-habitation is now. Here we go, My Boy. People might say I need my head examined -- or they may not, who knows -- but here's the gist: you're the only roommate I could ever have.

This is so much fun. Even if it's rice and beans for two months.

And when we can finally celebrate, it'll be a party to end all parties, yo.

Housewarming starts in January.
