last night I watched Cyndi Lauper in concert on some VH1 channel and it may have been the half bottle of wine I inhaled but damn, she moved me. I cried, I sang along, I made ryan watch with me, it was incredible.
She�s still got it, you know? And that�s saying something about someone who can sound AMAZING belting out a song WHILE SUPINE ON THE FLOOR

She was writhing around, dancing, flailing, rocking out and she�s what? 500? Awesome, pure and simple.

Plus, her songs have withstood the test of time.
She played All Through the Night on a lap steel and it sounded brand new. She�s the fuckin tits. I worship her.
