I'm going to go every week to pilates. I can defiinitely feel where I'll see changes in my body if I keep up with this; like my tummy and my inner thighs and butt. The movements themselves were easy, but it takes a lot of freaking stomach strength, of which I have zero. But after an hour, I feel longer and taller. Which is always a good thing. Curently at Ryan's. He's on a break from re-arranging furniture to go to Radio Shack and get cables to re-wire the apartment. Anyhow. Time for a nap. I gots ta rst up for the partying that is coming my way later tonight. |
