It's payday, first and foremost, but also it's Trixi T's engagement party and then a night of nothing but De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, and other Native Tongues members at Stingy Lulu's. I am really excited for this. It's been so long since I danced. The ex and I are keeping things "light and fluffy" which is working well so far. We're friends but we don't delve into the really personal. Which is veryvery good for now. I think we might make a friendship work out of htis whole mess. And that's a great feeling. My pink eye is gone, which means I don't have to wear glasses to Laurie's wedding! All that needs to happen to make this life complete is the complete and total repair of my computer. Fingers and toes crossed. |
