i was just catching up on celebrity fashion disasters and new york gossip , getting my fill of trashiness for the day, so
i decided to head on over to the new york times but when i typed the URL in my broswer and hit enter, my computer didn't react.

And I had to hit enter twice, as if to say, "No, really, I do care about world events."

It's the first time i've been embarrassed in front of my computer.
