celebrated miss fiona kay's birthday and housewarming with brand new dishes and "Bar Mitzvah Disco" (courtesy of miss trixie t, and if you don't know what this is, it's just about the most fantastic picture book ever. get thee to a barnes&noble or amazon immediately)

it was a pretty fun night out in williamsburg.
and that's probably the first and last time i'll ever say that, seeing as me and williamsburg are like chocolate and cheese

but yeah

good peeps, good food, good drink, good music.
what more could a girl ask for, really.

the funniest moment of the evening came when a certain wife of a certain friend got into a pretty heated argument over Prince with one of miss fiona kay's friends.
Me, Trixi and her hubby just sort of gave each other an eye contact cue, and the three of us walked away together going "doo de doo..."

five seconds later, the husband of the arguing lady calls out "You guys are assholes!!!"

we just about peed laughing.

today, Lemur is coming over to enjoy the leftover unopened wedding champagne (aren't we ritzy?) and appetizers.

i'm psyched.
