spent the weekend lounging about poolside in palm springs. i even took a swim and let me tell you, it was heaven on my aching back and various creaky joints.

also saw my stomach move last night for the first time. fucking creepy. and yet sciencey-cool.

ryan is losing weight, i am gaining it. this house is in constant flux.
he is motivating me to take running seriously again after oliver is born. and i will, i will, i will... for the love of my old size 6 clothing, i will!

twelve days until new orleans!
i am pleased to report that my 3 inch patent leather mary janes totally still fit and i am still cankle-free!
praise be to the goddesses of footwear!
