i'm so pissed.

my "P" necklace broke this morning. The chain just snapped.
This is my 2nd most treasured object on earth.

my mom bought it for me on my birthday two years ago and i haven't taken it off until today.

it's a 14k paper-thin gold chain and in the middle, a single, itty-bitty 14k gold letter "p" hangs.

i am beyond upset.

i can only hope that the store where my mother bought it can either replace the chain at a minimal cost or give me a new one.
